Noahide View on Shavuot: When Torah was Given

This is Part 3 of a video series by a Noahide friend, with explanation of how the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai through Moses impacted the eternal status and observance of the Seven Noahide Commandments. The “Book of the Covenant” that Moses wrote down, which the referenced verse speaks of, is the Book of Genesis and the Book of Exodus up to the revelation at Mount Sinai.
