Maimonides (Rambam) Historical Illustrated Movie

Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon (1135 – 1204 C.E., also known as Maimonides or Rambam) was one of the greatest figures in Jewish history. He excelled in Torah scholarship and science, together with philosophy and medicine. His most famous work, the Mishneh Torah, is a codification of the 613 Jewish Commandments and the Seven Noahide Commandments.

In this animated movie, Leonard Nimoy o.b.m. provides the voice of Rambam.

Review from a Noahide visitor to our site:

This video illustrates well the fact that Maimonides was a scientist and a great Torah scholar at the same time. He was a person who deeply loved G-d, His Torah and His entire Creation. This authoritative Rabbi was renown for his wisdom, leadership and medical skills. He made all of those freely available for both Jews and non-Jews. I am especially grateful that he codified the Seven Noahide Commandments as part of the Torah law.
