You Have the Responsibility and the Ability to be a Leader

A person develops from leadership over his own body and desires, to leadership in his family. He can then rise to leadership in his community and city. Beyond that, some people even become leaders of their nations, or world leaders.

At each stage in the person’s development as a leader, he must accustom himself to his new role. In particular, his new priority must be the needs of the new majority that he leads.
