A Personal Fall is for the Sake of Rising Higher

The Rebbe discusses the inner reason behind personal failures. Failure is associated with difficulty and pain that come as a result of one’s own misguided choices.

But by Divine Providence, the inner purpose in G-d’s plan is that this will bring the person to reverse course. Then, he can rise to a higher level than he otherwise could have attained.
