The Jewish Kingdom of Kuzaria

Rabbi Yosef Eisen’s lecture (2:34) on the Asian kingdom of Jewish converts that was known as Khazaria (or Kuzar). In the 8th century C.E., the people of the Asian nation of Khazaria – inspired by their king – converted to become Jews. Jewish Khazaria was strategically located between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, and endured for more than 200 years.
