History of the Great Sanhedrin

Rabbi Eisen presents a short lecture on the history of the Great Sanhedrin. It was the Jewish High Court of 70 great Torah Sages, beginning from the time of Moses after the revelation at Mount Sinai (Numbers 11:16-17). The Sanhedrin was dissolved after the Second Holy Temple was destroyed. It will be reconvened by Moshiach (the true Messiah) when he comes.
