G-d is the Essence of good, so everything that occurs, even natural disasters, must ultimately have redeeming good. The negative inclination within people is also a “mechanism” by G-d’s design, to provide free choice for humans to apply effort to do good and to appreciate goodness.

The Seven Noahide Commandments are the Divine moral code that predates all human codes. They form the only moral code that has timeless and universal application for a good and objectively (not subjectively) moral civilization. The short audio recording above is a reading of the “Message from the Rebbe,” published in Lubavitch International, Vol. 2, No. 1, p. 3 (Summer 19’90).
