Although it is certainly not advocated (and who could aspire to a small fraction of the spiritual greatness of the Patriarchs and their attachment to G-d?), nevertheless, there is no prohibition for Noahides to make burnt-offering sacrifices to G-d. There are numerous requirements and restrictions, however.
