G-d promised through His true prophets that there will be a future "World to Come" in which the people who were judged by G-d as righteous will receive their eternal reward, and that time will begin with an event of resurrection. This is one of the fundamental principles of Torah. It's also important to understand that no prophet has ever been shown a vision of what the world will be like in the "World to Come". What it will be like is really not comprehensible or possible to be envisioned by our limited minds, because the infinite G-d Himself will be openly revealed at that time.
This is meaning of the verse "Never has the ear heard it - no eye has seen it - other than G-d: That which He will do for those who hope in Him" (Isaiah 64:3). Rabbi Saadia Gaon explained (in Emunos VeDeos, discourse 7): “Since this matter is not spoken about [further] in the Tanach, and our Sages did not receive an explicit tradition concerning it, differences of opinion arose.”
In particular, there have been different opinions expressed in the writings of great Rabbis throughout history as to whether the ultimate eternal reward, after the resurrection event, will be in a physical world for souls in remaining in their resurrected physical bodies, or eventually only for souls in the spiritual realm, and how that will apply for Jews, and how it will apply for the Noahides - the Pious Gentiles (Chassidei Umot Ha'Olam). The majority opinion, which is therefore the opinion we follow, is that the resurrection event will include both the Jews and the Noahides, and for their eternal reward, they will all remain as souls in physical bodies, in the physical world.
