Do museums of Shoah have mission to teach that murder is forbidden?

They have that as a religious and a moral obligation. May G-d inspire and help them to put that effectively into practice!
As you may know, during World War II, the Nazis (may their names be blotted out), were making active plans and preparations for a Museum of the Jewish People, G-d forbid.
But thankfully, G-d had other plans for the Nazis, and all those who are like them.
